What channels will I be able to watch?
Tata Sky offers a wide variety of channels and services, designed to suit the varying needs of our subscribers. The packages include a wide array of television channels in DVD quality picture and CD quality sound and a host of new-age interactive services (Actve Music, Actve Fun Learn, Actve English, Actve Cooking, Actve Games, Zeetos Rewards, Remind Me and Actve Darshan). Showcase can be ordered with any of the Base packages.
What are TruChoice – genre-based channel packages?
Tata Sky now offers channel packages in a simplified format. Channels are grouped together based on genre, so now you can choose only those channels that you wish to watch.
What are the packages available in TruChoice?
In TruChoice Channel Packages, you can subscribe to one of the Base Packs & opt for any Add-On Pack depending on your requirement. You also have the choice of picking your favorite regional channels through the various Regional Pack. Two regional packs are free with all Base Packs

Will I get all my favourite channels?
Depending on the channel package you select, you can get popular television channels including STAR, Sony, Zee, SUN, HBO, Cartoon Network, Discovery, Disney Channel, MTV, NDTV, ESPN, STAR Sports, National Geographic Channel, Zoom, 9X, UTV Bindaas, UTV Movies and many more. click here to view channel packages.

Are there any regional channels?
Keeping in mind our diverse audiences, we have several regional channels covering Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Oriya, Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi and many more languages. How do I subscribe to SUN channels?
SUN channels are available as a part of the South Starter Pack, the South Value Pack and the South Jumbo Pack. To view a complete listing of the channels in each package click here. To subscribe to any of the above packages, call the Tata Sky helpline.

How do I find my subscriber ID?
Press the 'home' button on your Tata Sky+ HD remote and your subscriber ID will get displayed on the screen.

What is Tata Sky's SMS number?
Our SMS number is 56633. You can SMS only from your Registered Mobile Number (RMN). To register, send RMN <space> <your 10-digit subscriber ID> to 56633 from your mobile phone.

What services are available through SMS?
You can recharge your account, order a movie on Showcase, check your account balance and add a package, by sending us an SMS from your Registered Mobile Number (RMN). To avail of our services, SMS the following to 56633:

SMS services for subscribers
  1. To recharge: RC <space> <16-digit recharge PIN>
  2. To order a movie on Showcase: SC <space> <event code>
  3. To get account balance and due date: BD
  4. To subscribe to Add-On packages: ADD <space> <Package code>
To get the details on the Add-On packages and to know how to buy, press 'help' on your remote and select 'Packages'

Remember, you can use our SMS services only through an RMN, so register your mobile number with us today. To register your number SMS, RMN <space> <your 10-digit subscriber ID> to 56633 from your mobile phone.

What is the 30 days lock in period policy?
