How do I recharge my account?
You can choose any of the four options below to recharge your account.
- Recharge through credit card or net banking account
Use your credit card to make payments by calling the Tata Sky helpline and choosing the ‘recharge through credit card’ option.
You can also use your credit card/net banking account to recharge your Tata Sky account online through a secure payment gateway. Go to www.mytatasky.com then choose Account Recharge in the main menu and select the credit card/net banking payment option. If you recharge online, you will not require a recharge PIN, your Tata Sky account will be credited directly.
- Voucher recharge
Purchase a recharge voucher of the desired denomination from any Tata Sky dealer. Scratch the reverse of the voucher to view the 16-digit recharge PIN. To recharge your account choose any of the options below:
Go to www.mytatasky.com, choose Account Recharge in the main menu and select the Voucher Recharge option
OR
Send RC
<space> <16-digit recharge PIN> to 56633 from your Registered Mobile Number (RMN) (To register your mobile number, send
RMN to 56633 from your mobile phone)
OR
Call the Tata Sky helpline and provide your recharge PIN
- Auto Debit Facility
By using the Auto Debit facility, you authorize Tata Sky to debit your Bank account / Credit card for a fixed amount of Rs 500 each time your Tata Sky account balances reaches Rs 200. You will have to first register for this facility. On successful registration, the payment method is set in place.
To register download the enclosed form, fill it in triplicate & mail it with all relevant documents to:

- Cheque Payment
Simply write a cheque in favour of ‘Tata Sky Ltd.’ and also make sure that your cheque is:
- local/at par
- not post dated
- for a minimum amount is Rs 500 (cheques with amounts lower than Rs 500 will not be accepted)
- signed
- correct for the amount mentioned in figures and words
Please do remember to write your Tata Sky Subscriber ID and your mobile number on the reverse of the cheque. You can drop your cheque at any Skypak box.

What recharge denominations are available?
The following recharge denominations are available – Rs 200, Rs 300, Rs 500, Rs 1000, Rs 2500 and Rs 5000. However, if you choose the option of recharging online through your credit card/net banking account on www.mytatasky.com you can recharge for any amount between Rs 200 to Rs 30,000. |
