This Offer is for all the existing subscribers of Tata Sky having Tata Sky Standard Set Top Box and Tata Sky + Set Top Box.

All existing Tata Sky having Tata Sky Standard Set Top Box and Tata Sky + Set Top Box  subscribers who avail this Offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The Offer: Existing Tata Sky subscribers having Tata Sky Standard Set Top Box and Tata Sky + Set Top Box who wish to purchase a Tata Sky HD connection can now enjoy bonus credit when they replace their current standard or PVR set top box with a Tata Sky HD.

Offer Terms

All existing Tata Sky subscribers having Tata Sky Standard Set Top Box and Tata Sky + Set Top Box are entitled to avail this ‘offer’.

1. Existing subscriber can purchase the Tata Sky HD connection from the helpline or any retail store by paying the applicable price.
2. Existing subscriber must place the exchange request at the helpline to avail the ‘Offer.’
3. To avail the ‘offer’ existing subscriber must place their exchange request at the helpline before the Tata Sky HD box is installed at their premises.
4. Existing subscribers can replace all their current set top boxes (Tata Sky standard / Tata Sky+) with a Tata Sky HD box by availing this ‘offer’.
5. On exchange, the existing subscribers shall be eligible for the above mentioned bonus credits.
6. Credit value shall be passed in the subscriber account within 48 hours from the date of service activation.
7. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part the Offer or to withdraw it completely.
8. By availing the Offer, as an existing subscriber you hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Offer.
9. As an existing subscriber you acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the Offer shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
10. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
