Tata Sky offers Get Rs 40 Bonus on Kids Pack “promotional” offer on Kids Pack – It’s part of Jingalala Saturday offer - 1 Day Promotion Offer ("Promotion") offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Residential subscribers subscribing to the Kids Pack ("Kids Pack”) on 19-Nov 2011 shall be entitled to receive one- time bonus of Rs40 on subscribing to the monthly pay “Kids Pack”.  The regular price of the pack is Rs 45 pm. This one -time bonus shall be passed after 30 days of holding the pack.

All Tata Sky subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) who avail of this offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Definitions

"Active account status" means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account.

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open ONLY to Tata Sky subscribers with an Active account status.
2. You must have subscribed to Kids Pack on the Promotion Day.
3. The following persons cannot avail this Promotion:
1. Employees and relatives of Tata Sky;
2. Tata Sky business associates including its dealers and advertising agencies; and
3. Anyone else who may be involved with the Promotion.
4. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.

Modes of availing the Promotion:

1. You may avail the Promotion by subscribing to the Kids Pack on the Promotion Day by the following way:
   SMS: By sending a SMS – add kipa to 56633 from Your Registered Mobile Number
2. The regular price of the pack is Rs 45 pm.
3. One-Time bonus of Rs40 will be passed into subscribers Tata Sky account after 30 days of holding the pack. The bonus can be availed only by the subscribers subscribing the Kids pack on the promotion day.
4. There will be no refunds/credits made to Your subscription account on You subscribing to the Kids pack on the Promotion Day itself.
5. Everyday Re1.5 will be deducted from your account for 30 days.
6. After 30 days, bonus of Rs40 will be passed into your account.
7. No cash refunds shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
8. Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Promotion or to withdraw it completely.
9. Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Promotion caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
10. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Delhi.
11. Tata Sky is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.
