Tata Sky offers “ Buy Star Cricket and get ESPN & Star Sports FREE for first month”  Buy Star Cricket and get ESPN & Star Sports FREE for the first  month is a  “promotional” offer on Sports1/Sports Platinum Pack  – It’s a 1 Day Promotion Offer ("Promotion") offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Residential subscribers  subscribing to the Sports1 or Sports Platinum pack ("Sports 1 or Sports Platinum Pack ”") on 21-Jan 2012 shall be entitled to receive Sports1 or Sports Platinum pack having Star Cricket, Star Sports & ESPN at just Rs 25 for the first month i.e subscriber only has to pay the price of  Star Cricket A-La-Carte channel. The price of Star Cricket A-La-Carte is Rs 25 pm and subscriber will get Star Sports & ESPN also at no additional price for the first month, after the completion of first month, the pack stays chargeable at Rs 65 pm from second month onwards.

All Tata Sky subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) who avail of this offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Definitions

"Active account status" means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account.

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open ONLY to Tata Sky subscribers with an Active account status.
2. You must have subscribed to Sports1 or Sports Platinum Pack on the Promotion Day.
3. This is not applicable on subscribing to Star Cricket A La Carte Channel.
4. The following persons cannot avail this Promotion:
1. Employees and relatives of Tata Sky;
2. Tata Sky business associates including its dealers and advertising agencies; and
3. Anyone else who may be involved with the Promotion.
5. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.

Modes of availing the Promotion:

1. You may avail the Promotion by subscribing to the Sports1 or Sports Platinum Pack on the Promotion Day by the following way:
   
   SMS: By sending a SMS – add stsp to 56633 from Your Registered Mobile Number
2. The Price of the pack is Rs 65 pm and you can get this pack at just Rs 25 for the first month by subscribing the pack on the promotion day.
3. There will be no refunds/credits made to Your subscription account on You subscribing to the Sports 1/Sports Platinum Pack on the Promotion Day itself.
4. Everyday Rs 2.17 will be deducted from your account for 30 days.
5. After 30 days, Credit of Rs 40 will be passed into your account.
6. The pack stays chargeable at Rs65 per month after the first month of subscription is over.  No cash refunds shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
7. Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Promotion or to withdraw it completely.
8. Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Promotion caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
9. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Delhi.
10. Tata Sky is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.
