Make My Pack service

Terms and Conditions:

1. Under the Make My Pack service, Tata Sky subscribers in addition to being able to choose from any one of the Base Packs and variety of Add-On packs can now also choose individual channels to make their own pack.
   
2. The minimum monthly subscription for the chosen pack or individual channels shall be Rs 155 Minimum subscription period shall be 30 days.

4. If you have subscribed to channels on an individual basis, then you cannot subscribe to Add-On/regional packs.
   
5. You can subscribe to the Make My Pack service only by calling the Tata Sky helpline
   
6. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace or withdraw the service completely.
   
7. You consent to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from subscribing to the service.
   
8. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the service or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
   
9. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified.  These terms and conditions are limited as specified and shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Tata Sky Subscription Contract
