Sony Pix Channel at just Rs 5 for the first month

Terms and Conditions:

Tata Sky offers” Sony Pix Channel at just Rs5 for the first month “promotional” offer on Sony Pix A LA Carte Channel – It’s a 1 Day Promotion Offer ("Promotion") offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Residential subscribers subscribing to the Sony Pix Channel ("SONY PIX”") on 12-May 2012 shall be entitled to receive Sony Pix channel at Rs5 for the first month of subscription, after the completion of first month, the channel becomes chargeable at Rs 17 pm from second month onwards.

All Tata Sky subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) who avail of this offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Definitions

"Active account status" means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account.

"Promotion Day": 12 May 2012

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open ONLY to Tata Sky subscribers with an Active account status.
2. You must have subscribed to Sony Pix Channel on the Promotion Day.
3. The following persons cannot avail this Promotion:
1. Employees and relatives of Tata Sky;
2. Tata Sky business associates including its dealers and advertising agencies; and
3. Anyone else who may be involved with the Promotion.
4. Subscribers already holding Sony Pix  A LA Carte Channel
5. Subscribers holding English Movies Pack
6. Subscribers holding having Sony Pix Channel in their Base Pack
4. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.
5. Subscribers, who drop and add Sony Pix A LA Carte Channel or drop English Movies Pack & add Sony Pix again on the promotion day in order to avail the benefit, shall not be entitled to receive the offer benefits.

Modes of availing the Promotion:

1. You may avail the Promotion by subscribing to the Sony Pix Channel on the Promotion Day by the following way:
   SMS: By sending a SMS – add pich to 56633 from Your Registered Mobile Number
2. The price of the Sony Pix A LA Carte Channel is Rs17 pm and you can get it for only Rs5 for the first month by subscribing the channel on the promotion day.
3. There will be no refunds/credits made to Your subscription account on You subscribing to the Sony Pix Channel on the Promotion Day itself.
4. There will be no refunds/ credits made into your account if you are already holding the channel. The offer is exclusively for the subscribers who are currently not holding the channel either by way of Base pack, add on pack or A La Carte Channel.
5. Everyday 0.56 paisa  will be deducted from your account for 30 days.
6. After 30 days, Credit of Rs12 will be passed into your account.
7. The pack stays chargeable at Rs17 per month after the first month of subscription is over.  No cash refunds shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
8. Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Promotion or to withdraw it completely.
9. Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Promotion caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
10. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
11. Tata Sky is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.
