TruChoice Packages

Terms and Conditions

1. The TruChoice Packages will be applicable to all new subscribers who activate their Tata Sky service from 12th Oct 2010
2. All existing subscribers who have activated their Tata Sky account on or before 11th Oct 2010 have the option of either retaining the existing packs (old) or opting for TruChoice Packs
3. Existing subscribers shall continue on their current packages unless they intimate Tata Sky that they want to opt for the TruChoice Packages
4. Once an existing subscriber moves to TruChoice packaging, they cannot move back to old packaging
5. Add-On packs applicable on TruChoice cannot be availed by existing subscribers on the current packaging structure; except for the common packs namely Fun Learning, Actve English, Topper, DOBO, Actve, Games and Sports Gold packages
6. Existing subscriber currently on long duration packs (Annual, semi-annual, quarterly and Mega packs)  can move to TruChoice packs only after the completion of their long duration term, else they would forfeit the amount already paid for the long duration packs
7. Subscription to Mega Pack remains unchanged between the two packaging structures
8. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, to discontinue any channels contained in the TruChoice Pack.
9. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace or withdraw the TruChoice Pack completely. However, such a change will be prospective and not retrospective in nature to ensure that the Tata Sky subscribers who have already subscribed to the packages in the TruChoice Pack are not inconvenienced in any manner.
10. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the TruChoice Pack or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
11. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified.  These terms and conditions are limited as specified and shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Tata Sky Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Tata Sky Subscription Contract.
