How do I Set-Up VoD?

Your Tata Sky+ HD set top box needs to be connected to a Broadband Internet connection to access and facilitate download.
You can either set-up the connection yourself or you can call our Tata Sky executive to set it up for you.

SET UP THE CONNECTION YOURSELF

Connect the Tata Sky+ HD box to your Broadband Router/Modem using an ethernet cable.

If you use broadband, through Wi-Fi, you can access Video on Demand through our Wi-Fi solution by connecting the Netgear Wi-Fi device to your Tata Sky+ HD Set Top Box. The Netgear device has Wi-Fi capability and connects directly with your Wi-Fi router, thus removing the hassle of long wires. To know more click here

Wiring to the box is free of cost and there will be no additional visiting or material charges levied. This offer is open for a limited period only and is applicable to both existing
Tata Sky+ HD subscribers as well as new/upgrade customers.
